Exploring the Similarities and Differences between KAP and LNT

In the world of healing and personal growth, two approaches have gained popularity in recent years: the Kundalini Awakening Process (KAP) and La Nueva Terapia (LNT). Both share roots in the pursuit of spiritual and emotional transformation, but differ in their approach and tools used.

Similarities:

1. Focus on Inner Transformation: Both KAP and LNT focus on personal evolution and spiritual awakening. They both recognize the importance of exploring and healing emotional wounds and energetic blockages to achieve a higher state of consciousness and well-being.

Express your gratitude through a written letter to The Divine, acknowledging the manifestation as if it has already occurred.

Live your life as if your desires are fulfilled, eliminating worries and doubts.

In the heart of India, I find myself immersed in profound gratitude, inspired and deeply in love with life. Surrounded by the cherished souls who constitute my loves, my people, and my tribe, I reflect on the blessings that have adorned my journey thus far. The enormity of this incredible life prompts me to preserve the essence of purpose, unity, bliss, and love that permeates every moment.

A fervent dreamer, guided by the wisdom of one of my favorite philosophers, #DaveChapelle, I've traversed the spectrum of experiences—from serving in first class to relishing the luxury of sleep in its embrace. Embarking on a journey from initiating yoga at home to establishing a bountiful yogic lifestyle, I now host retreats in the sanctuary of the mansion I meticulously built, surrounded by the flourishing life of trees I've planted.

The transformation unfolds vividly, as concrete yields to the majesty of palm trees, accompanied by playful squirrels and hedgehogs gracing our outdoor yoga deck. This enchanting journey is not mine alone; it is a tale to be shared with all of you.

Despite moments of melancholy, particularly in the challenging year that just passed, I hold fast to the perspective that my 13-year-old self would be immensely proud of the person I've become. In contemplating the gifts bestowed upon me by the divine, I recognize that their abundance surpasses even my wildest dreams. It is my belief that I've been entrusted with these gifts because God foresaw my willingness to share and multiply them.

Much like the biblical narrative of the fish and the bread at Tabgha in the Galilean Sea, I see myself as a distributor, multiplying the blessings received and disseminating the love that flows through me.
