“I am a quantum healer rooted in ancestral practices , shaped by 15 years of worldwide travel. My life is a tapestry weaving global healing traditions and lived experience into a grounded practice of energy healing.”
My name is Trinidad Gómez (also translated as Trinity in English), although most people simply call me Trini. “Trinidad,” or Trinity, represents the union of mind, body, and spirit — something that reflects the work I have dedicated my life to.
I come from a Mediterranean lineage of traditional healers, and my path has been shaped by both ancestral knowledge and years of study and exploration around the world. After travelling to more than one hundred countries and studying different healing traditions, I developed an approach that integrates practices such as yoga, energy work, and other holistic disciplines.
Today I share this work through retreats at Finca La Feliz in the Spanish Mediterranean countryside, as well as through online sessions for those who feel called to explore this path from wherever they are in the world.
About me as a healer
“Quantum Healing to reset your energy field and restore harmony across body, mind, and spirit”.
I am not here to be a guru. I am here to be a guide and a tool of the quantum field.
I have spent my life traveling, learning, and sitting with teachers from many traditions. From my beginnings in a small fishing village in Spain, raised around curanderos and Mediterranean healing practices, to my years as a flight attendant moving across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the wider world, I have sought wisdom in every culture I encountered.
Books were my constant companions: from Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life, to Wayne Dyer, Ram Dass, and Paramahansa Yogananda, Paulo Coelho, then books like The Celestine Prophecy, The Four Agreements, and countless more. By now I have read well over a thousand books, and I carry them all as part of my lineage of learning.
In the early 2000s, I was even invited by Tony Robbins to one of his seminars in San Antonio because of my following on what was then Twitter. I had heated debates with Deepak Chopra ( or Deepak Oprah as I call him now… affectionately).
For a while, I had a strong presence online. I was given pre-releases of books, invited to events, and even courted by public figures who saw me as someone who should take center stage. But I realized that what was being asked of me was not aligned with who I am. I do not want to become a messianic figure. I left Twitter because I wanted no part of the cult-like dynamics I saw in those spaces. What I want is one-to-one connection, where real healing happens.
When I found La Nueva Terapia (LNT®), also called the Schwiderski Method, something profound happened. For the first time, I saw a healing practice that gathered together everything I had studied and intuited throughout my life: curanderismo, Reiki, energetic diagnosis, prayer, breathwork, sacred geometry, and the quantum field. It wasn’t fragmented, it wasn’t exaggerated, and it wasn’t about ego. It was whole, humble, and deeply effective.
That is why I so deeply admire Philippe and Romain Schwiderski, the creators of La Nueva Terapia (LNT). Philippe worked for years as an osteopath and nurse, quietly in his home in Spain, collaborating with doctors, always respecting modern medicine. Only later in life did he accept stepping into the spotlight with his son, to share this profound quantum healing method with the world. Their humility is what inspired me to integrate their teachings into my own practice.
I believe in quantum healing because I have lived it, studied it, and witnessed it in many forms: Reiki, curanderismo, prayer, breathwork, mantra, and sacred geometry. My work is a weaving of these traditions, grounded in ethics, humility, and deep respect for both science and spirit.
I am not here to replace medical care. If you come to me with an illness, I will first tell you to see a doctor. What I offer is energetic healing: to support your journey, to soothe your heart, to help you regulate your nervous system, to remind you of your own connection to Source.
If one day I develop a methodology of my own, like Philippe did, I will teach it with humility and integrity. For now, I am here to apply the tools I have learned, to guide you gently, and to help you remember that you too can become a tool for the universe
About me
My name is Trinidad Gómez (also translated as Trinity in English), although most people simply call me Trini. I don’t mind whether it is spelled Trini or Trinny — as long as it sounds like my name, I will answer.
“Trinidad,” or Trinity, represents the union of mind, body, and spirit. When I was younger, I didn’t really like my name because it felt unusual. But over time I began to see how naturally it reflected the path my life was taking. Today I feel that my name fits me perfectly, because the work I dedicate my life to is precisely about the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
I come from a Mediterranean lineage of traditional healers. Both my grandmother and my great-grandfather were known in their communities as spiritual healers who worked with what in our culture is called “la gracia” — a natural ability to cleanse energetic disturbances such as the evil eye and other forms of negative energetic influence. Long before modern language spoke about energy fields or quantum consciousness, they understood through experience that thoughts, intention, and human interaction affect the energetic field we all share.
For many years I travelled the world as a long-haul flight attendant for British Airways. During that time I visited more than one hundred countries and over 150 cities across every continent. Those years awakened a deep curiosity about different cultures and their approaches to healing. Wherever I went, I was naturally drawn to learning about traditional healing practices and holistic approaches to wellbeing, often recognising similarities with the knowledge I had witnessed growing up in my own family.
Over time my studies became more formal. I completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training in India and continued expanding my studies through additional work in pranayama, mantra, yantra, and traditional tantra philosophy. I also became a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage after receiving training in Japan connected to the family lineage of Mikao Usui.
What struck me most through these experiences was how many healing traditions, across very different cultures, ultimately point to the same universal principles. Different languages and methods may be used, but the essence is the same: the understanding that the human being is an energetic system connected to a wider field.
As my work developed and more people began seeking my guidance, I felt the need to create a space dedicated to rest, healing, and reconnection. What began as the simple idea of a small healing practice eventually led to the creation of Finca La Feliz, a retreat sanctuary in the Spanish Mediterranean countryside. Today the finca hosts retreats and healing programs designed to support deep rest, clarity, and personal renewal.
While many people experience this work during retreats at the finca, I also offer online sessions. In my experience, when working with energetic or quantum healing, physical distance does not limit the process.
If someone is interested in working with me, the first step is a short introductory conversation (“toma de contacto”). This can be arranged via email or WhatsApp and usually lasts around 15–20 minutes. It is completely free and simply allows us to get to know each other and see whether my work may be helpful.
During that conversation we can discuss the situation and explore possible ways of working together. If I feel that another professional would be more appropriate, I will always say so and guide the person in that direction. While energetic healing can support many aspects of wellbeing, I am not a medical doctor, and certain conditions should always be addressed with qualified medical professionals.
Because of the nature of this work, my availability can sometimes be limited. When my schedule is full, I keep a waiting list and contact people as soon as space becomes available, always respecting the order in which requests were received.
